February 2013 – United Probe engages with major IDM for the repair of ATE PCB’s
A cost effective approach for customers of Automatic Test Equipment is to keep their inventory of spare parts to a minimum. To be successful it requires a reliable and expedient means of repairing defective PCB’s to component level. United Probe has engineered test equipment and processes to allow a customer’s high running PCB’s to be repaired and returned typically within 5 days from receipt.

May 2013 – United Probe announces expansion of Power Supply Repair operations
United Probe is now repairing power supplies from a large variety of equipment manufacturers. Typical supplies range up to 240V, 1500 Watts, Single Phase.

July 2013 – Customer sees a 24% reduction in DAR PCB failure rate
United Probe has greatly improved the MTBF of one of its primary customers by instituting a preventive approach to DAR PCB failures. This proactive approach addressed the high failure rate of DAR boards that were more than 5 years old. Data thus far has indicated this ounce of prevention has saved the customers thousands of dollars in downtime and repair costs with the reduced failures.

June 2016 – Asia DPV Sales
United Probe delivered over 600 DPV boards to facilities in Asia with zero returns and zero customer concerns. Many of these were installed on EG 2001 probers of all ages. We were very honored by their interest and our commitment to quality products was appreciated.
September 2016 – United Probe ATE Repair Expansion
United Probe has been chosen to become the lead Legacy ATE repair facility by a top 10 US Semiconductor manufacturer. We look forward to the increased business and will continue to provide high quality repair services as we have since 2006.
